Review of WH-MAW600H dimmer Lutron Maestro

I have installed and used in different makes of switches low. Lutron Maestro is the best I've seen for a number of reasons.

It's the most intuitive and pleasant dull ever used. Gentle fade-in fade-out, when just turning the lights off is worth the price, even if you do not dim your lights. (You can use it just to pass the time just this way, if you will).

DelayedFeature referral is intuitive, and practical. I use this feature every day, when leaving your living room and head upstairs in the bedroom to give me time to get into bed before the lights go out.

Mastro comes with an improved cover plate, which hides the bolts you see on an ordinary plate. This is a nice addition, and it does look better, but it's not the main reason I love these dimmers. Please note that you can still use the vague standard with a cover plate if you desire.

Incidentally, most people will not notice it sounds (or in other Lutron dimmers and even louder). I just happen to have very sensitive ears. For those of you who hear it hum, you can minimize it by installing the lowest weak bulbs that are acceptable (in other words, do not put100 watt bulb if you're always going to dim it way down the equivalent of say 20 watt bulb use 60 or 40 watts, and you will get less fading hum it to 20 watts).

I found these switches to be vague on average about as installation goes - no better and no worse than another dull, little more than a basic installation problems on-off switch (because of the Lutron switch body - and other switch dim - is more than just a clumsy turn-off) .
