Vizia costs less than the Lutron Maestro but it does everything Maestro do with a few exceptions. 1) Maestro has a double-tap feature a full minute the lights, otherwise returns a single tap lights dim to a setting last used. Vizia missing feature is a double tap full even though the lights can be achieved with one tap at a time using the advanced features programing. 2) You can not turn on the light gradually through the dim bar as you can with the Maestro (would be nice ifYou do not want a chance to wake someone with bright lights). 3) The Maestro provides much longer "held up" possibilities than Vizia. But these are small considerations. As far as I know Vizia compatible with all other features that I like the Maestro, but with less money. I have installed four at my house and I am very pleased. I will never go back to an agreement with the traditional three - way pedal can only be controlled from one location! Slowly fade this elegantTouch too much.
